I hate this Starbucks. The customer service is horrible. They will stand there talking before they wait on you. I have ordered sweet cream cold foam. They didn’t put sweet cream or ice in. When I went back inside. They added sweet cream yet told me that it doesn’t come with ice. I’ve ordered this many times and have always gotten ice. I dread going in here. every single time it’s something else.

Over the last couple months, this location has really gone downhill. Slower and slower, orders wrong and absolutely no sense of urgency. I’m sitting in the drive thru almost 30 minutes now, with 4 cars ahead of me (5 when i started). For the area this location is in, this needs to be a flagship location with top notch service. Send the trainees to a slow store or get a manager that knows what they are doing. It use to be about 10 minutes, now its almost 30 minutes.

I’m very unhappy with the past two drinks I’ve gotten from there. The employees are amazing but I get 4 or 5 shots In my drink anytime I go and the ones I’ve gotten recently just taste like milk and syrup. I pay a lot for coffee and I don’t think the shots are being calibrated or there is something wrong with their Mastrena espresso bar.

This location has lost my business 2 times this week because of their inability to have more than 1 person on staff during morning rush hour. I have actually been told it is just because no one else will show up to work? Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time stopping before work, because you will be waiting in a long line that moves at an unimaginably slow pace. If you have an hour to go out of your way, then I say go for it. It just doesn’t make sense not to have additional staff on hand at that hour.
