A great Starbucks location with great coffee and pastries. The location has nice seating options and is suitable for working on laptops. The staff are friendly and receive customers warmly and with a smile. Not the fastest service but the wait is not too long either. The biggest draw back is operating hours. This location closes at 5 p:m and on Sunday they close by 1 p:m. They need to work on the hours of operations a bit more. Otherwise it is a great location with the familiar Starbucks warmth and pleasant coffee brewing aromas.

This is no longer a Starbucks it is Moby Coffee, (not very good). Sad to see Starbucks pull all stores out of downtown Louisville!

Worst Starbucks ever!! Every time I come here they are out of stuff. Snacks, breakfast sandwiches and yes coffee. How do you not have coffee 7:45am? Once in the last year have they had the blonde coffee ready. I asked them why and they said they don’t sell enough to make it. I tried ordering other things but they just seem to mess that up or don’t have that either. It is very frustrating but it’s the closest Starbucks and I need my fix.

Barista greeted me with “what can I get for you?” I ordered a breakfast sandwich. She didn’t write the bag or initiate my order in any way. So I had to ask again after about 7 orders behind me were filled. No apology, no recovery. And when she handed me the order she said “there you go.” Also door handle was broken on entrance. To the DM reading this, yes I was a partner for 10 years. Thank you

This is the nearest Starbucks to my home. I’ve been coming here for years. The biggest draw about this particular facility is that it is not unlike most any other Starbucks in any other city. There is one exception: the hours. This coffee-shop closes early in the evening on weekdays, very limited hours on Saturdays and doesn’t even bother to open on Sundays! This blows my mind; however, I can’t give a place a low rating if my only complaint is that I want the opportunity to visit more often. Go here, it’s small but gets the job done.

Naveen is the best worker! He is so nice to everyone who comes in and has memorized my drink order and many others’! I don’t even have to say a word, and he gets my drink ready- that’s why I stop by every morning before work!

Walked down there from another hotel. They were out of almost everything at 11 Sunday morning. I ordered a bagel and the barista forgot about it. I asked about it and she said the “toaster is slow” even though I could plainly see it had popped and been sitting a while. Other barista checking his phone. When I got it finally and had to leave, it was cold. I am a Starbucks fan but won’t be back to this location.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The man running the counter (Karan) I believe had a terrible time understanding people’s orders. He wouldn’t listen and was terrible at customer service. Not a good representation for Louisville.

Pretty lame. I’ve never written a review on google before but after the dismal experience at this Starbucks, I thought I was entitled to post one.

The weather turned cold and I didn’t like the taste of the local water in our hotel room so I decided I needed some Starbucks to both warm and wake me up. I walked a block from my hotel around 9AM and when entered there were only 3 people in line, things were looking up. This appeared to be no big deal with 3 baristas working behind the counter. That was my first mistake in assuming that the workers knew how to do their jobs. The guy making the drinks seemed to be on his first day as it took him several minutes to make a simple caramel macchiato. My wife’s skinny vanilla latte came out wrong and had to be remade (note, there were no special requests with her drink). With 3 people in line before me and 3 workers, my normal Starbucks would have me out the door in less than 5 min. This took almost 15 min to get ordered and receive the correct drinks. Lastly, while I’m waiting for my beverages Metallica – Enter Sandman was playing on the speakers, albeit at a very low level. While I appreciate that song and Metallica’s music in general, its not what I wish to listen to at 9AM when I am simply trying to get some coffee. Our beverages were up to expectation once received but getting there was a bit painful.
