This was by far the worst experience I have had at starbucks. I am no negative nancy and always give the benefit of the doubt but these people were just plain incompetent and rude. My drink was overflowed and spilled everywhere while they capped it and they didn’t bother to clean it up, gave it to me like that with it dripping everywhere. It tasted horrible like pure milk even though I got a triple shot. The girl on register rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink holder and napkins. Just insane. I am shocked. Now I have a $7 milk drink so yay.

As always Starbucks hit all if their notes on quality and courtesy. I was waiting for a friend so I went ahead and ordered during my wait. After what took place in Philly, I’m glad I did order and didn’t end up getting shown the door. That was truly tragic and I’m glad to see not only Starbucks stepping up with additional training for their team. But the young men that were treated so badly settling for a one dollar settlement, and for additional monies going to a local organization as a charitable contribution. If only every one could learn from this.

If you’re traveling through KY towards Lexington, this is a great Starbucks to stop in. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky around 5pm, but it is worth the stop. The service is fast and high quality. Plus, the baristas are nice and have always made my order correctly.

Traveling through from Red River Gorge to Louisville and decided to detour into Winchester for Starbucks. This store is inside a 24-hours Kroger, 2 employees working, who said, “we are out of everything” at 5:35p on a Saturday night. I thought they were kidding, nope. Said they had to restock, so pushed on to Lexington. The two employees never even asked what I wanted to order, maybe it was as easy as hot tea.
