Starbucks coffee is good overall but it’s typically too hot for me to drink right when they hand it to me. I had some other shopping to do inside Kroger and didn’t get to my coffee, so it had time to cool down quite a bit. When I got home I wanted to “zap* it in the microwave so I wasn’t drinking lukewarm coffee…. And to my surprise the cup is practically halfway full! WHAT A RIP OFF! It’s like someone took 7 whole sips of my drink already, when they didn’t! Smh! For as much as this coffee costs, #Starbucks could at least fill the doggone cup!

I’m not sure why this Starbucks is only 3.9 stars but this Starbucks is the best one that I have ever went to. They have ALWAYS made me want to come back and no other store, no other restaurants, or groceries shops could EVER match the energy this Starbucks brings every morning. They are the most polite group of people and when I walk in I’m welcomed BY NAME and the staff makes conversation while I wait on my mobile order. I have literally almost 800 reward stars and All of them were earned only coming to this specific Starbucks. I have never been around such an amazing and welling working team of people. I have never been employed somewhere that brought this kind of energy. I will forever apply my loyalty to this Starbucks!!

I’ve been waiting for a Starbucks on this side of town for years! Finally got one, and it does not disappoint!!! Even when the line is wrapped around the building the wait is never long, the staff has ALWAYS been more than friendly, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I will go out of my way just to go to this Starbucks! Well done!

Waited half an hour, starting at around 6:15, two cars were infront of me. They seemed to have ordered and went around. I waited my turn and had 4 cars behind me. The workers were inside doing what seemed like getting orders ready. There was a folded paper on the order screen. I got out and unfolded it after the workers left not acknowledging anyone in the line, just laughing with their to go bags. The sign said they now close at 6. Update that to Google and make sure the sign is visible. In that half and hour someone could of noticed the line was getting bigger and gone out to see that the sign was visible and/or let us know they had changed their hours and were closed.

12/30/2018 at 7:40 a.m. My daughter and I arrived at the Kroger Starbucks on Leestown Rd. The personality, kindness, and upbeat spunk that this employee has was very impressionable and even changed my demeanor. That is a rare trait and if I was a business owner I would steal her. I went this morning with a coworker and have never felt more like a burden. I went to pay for my drink and the screen popped up blank. The barista scrolled on her phone and finally asked me in a rude tone to stick my card in the credit card machine. I told her it already was so she double checked on her end. Stated I needed my PIN and I told her nothing was showing up for me. She then tells me she has to reboot which will take 15 minutes and she cannot sell me anything. She proceeds to turn off all the lights. We had to be at work so I was unable to wait.

This is the slowest Starbucks in town, please ask the morning crew to pick up the pace. The earlier I arrive to allow compensation for time, the later I am for work. I almost wish there was somewhere else to get a morning coffee.

I waited in line with literally only one customer in front of me for over ten minutes before walking out. This was during afternoon rush time. I understand that there was only one person working but the establishment shouldn’t be staffed that low at such a busy time.
