It’s a Starbucks in a Kroger. It has plenty of seats, near the restroom, windows, and an outdoor patio. I went to work on my laptop before a doctor’s appointment across the street. I was able to work and sip on a delicious drink. My beverage was correct and I have no complaints.

I don’t know what training you are giving these employees or if they just don’t care. But watching them make my drink I could tell they didn’t know what to do when no ice is requested. I worked at Starbucks. Shake the drink with ice and just don’t put ice in the cup. I wanted to make this myself because the attitude that was being displayed in from of my was not professional. This is my first and last day I will ever order from a Kroger Starbucks. Kroger you have lost my business!

I was in line on 12/27 around 1:20pm. I hope the managers see this. There was a single guy behind the counter, taking orders, making drinks, food, gathering stuff for customers and he ABSOLUTELY killed it. I didn’t see a single mistake. All orders were correct. And there wasn’t really a wait despite him being DEEP in the weeds. This is a guy who KNOWS his job. Genuinely hopes he gets this praise. You killed it buddy. Good job.

I don’t have a picture of the first time they made my drink. But it was undrinkable. When I had them make it, they again used what looked to be the pitcher for the passion tea, I’ve noticed that other Starbucks have containers that they put their refreshers in now so I just assumed that they didn’t upgrade to those and we’re using the tea containers instead. My drink tastes off there is no caffeine buzz that the refreshers normally give you. My lunch break was over so I couldn’t go behind the counter and ask to make it myself. I will not be going to another Starbucks in a Kroger and frankly I don’t think Kroger should have one in store if they are going to drop the ball like that continuously. Unacceptable. Complete waste of my time and money.

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes while the barista completely ignored us. We were the only two people in line and yet didn’t seem like we were viewed as customers at all. I understand that they get mobile orders as well but a simple “hello” or “we’ll be with you in a minute” would have completely changed the experience. We ended up just leaving and getting coffee at Speedway since I wasn’t even sure if we were going to be served or how much longer it would take.

Tried to order a chai latte. Was rudely told they were out of chai. So I ordered a caramel latte with almond milk. I was charged for the almond milk and come to find out it was made with regular milk. Terrible service by one of the employees.

I find the quality of the coffee served sg most Starbucks to be inferior. I prefer a strong dark roast coffee and have never been able to get one at a Starbucks that didn’t taste burnt. The flip side of this is that I grind my own coffee using Espresso beans on a fine grind. The kicker is that I have been using Starbucks espresso whole bean and it is delicious. WHY?
