Very hositle. Tried to get a drink, but this store doesn’t take the qr code to pay. This was the only way i could pay, so I just said i wouldn’t get anything and said thank you. As i was walking away, they started laughing at me. Is it really that funny? Don’t recommend it unless you want to get made fun of. Specifically, the one with brown hair ponytail and glasses and maybe the blonde, too. Oh, AND the same one with glasses ignored a line at the register because she was on a phone call, not a call from the work phone but her cell phone.

PSL came out not even a week ago and they are already out of all the seasonal drinks. You would think there would be better preparation for the busy fall season. The employees are consistently rude and the place is always a mess. The only reason I go to this location is for convenience, but I’ll be making the drive to Crestview from now on.

I’m so upset I’ve came here before and they make my drink fine today I came and got a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it’s got chunks of ice in it it’s melted at the bottom and not even sweet it tastes like water I took a picture look how weird it looks. This Starbucks messes up my very simple order every single time I go, I get the same thing 2 Carmel frappacino with extra Carmel and ONE with no whip that last part “no whip cream” seems to be very challenging for them even tho it’s on the label they either put no whip on both or vise versa they do this same thing with the extra Carmel I just don’t understand how hard this drink can be for them to continuously make these very lazy mistakes Starbucks cost way too much for them to not take the time out to make the drink correctly because they’re too busy goofing off with the other coworkers to read the label and it’s very annoying having to scrape the whip and or tell them they made my drink wrong because they’re too busy doing who knows what instead of looking at the label on the drink they’re currently working on, I would only bust the Florence location but it’s very far out just very disappointing this happenes literally…every…trip… !!!!!

Went in this morning on way to work for venti blonde roast and venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged by either of the two baristas. In their defense they were making coffees, but clearly saw me standing there and did not acknowledge my presence. After placing my order another customer came to order. However, her drink was prepared before mine and no it was not pre ordered as I heard the barista ask “the usual?” I work in a service industry and even if I cannot assist the customer at that moment, I acknowledge their presence. I understand people have off days and will try again as this was my first time there and I do believe this was a fluke.
