Typically, no issues ordering from here. Lady extremely rude. Was giving customers who ordered way after me their drinks. I waited 20 minutes for my drink for it to come out completely different from what it looks like from any other Starbucks (always get same drink). Lady was rude and threw hands up. Tried to drink it, took like 2 drinks. Ended up just returning the drink. Not worth my money nor time for it be remade. Lady did at least offer cake pop for trouble.

I am not one to go to Starbucks but someone gave me a 10.00 gift card. I told the young lady that I needed something sugar free and not very fond of extremely strong coffee. She made me something that was sugar free and I loved it. Very nice young lady and listened to what I wanted. Would definitely go back again.

Lovely Dispute
The girl who rang me up at the cashier today, was not the nicest. I asked her a question about a drink and she said : uh I guess.. didn’t say thank you, or anything like that to me. Bobbi was the one making my drink and she was nice to me when she handed it to me, and actually said thank you!

Great service and coffee! I don’t get coffee much, but when I do I’ve mostly gone with the Peppermint Mocha. The employees are always attentive and kind! Although, they are short-staffed pretty much always – Not their fault, but management should do something about it soon.
