I stopped in to grab my first pumpkin spice latte of the season yesterday and noticed that the girl working at the counter (short blonde hair…I wish I would have gotten her name) who was going above and beyond to keep up with orders and a long line, all while being there by herself. She was quick to tell everyone waiting that hadn’t ordered, that she would be right with you. She smiled. She even drew a smiley face on my cup. She was sweet as could be, and I just wanted to say that I noticed, and I hope that she’s recognized. In this day and age, it’s hard to find people who give exemplary customer service. It really can change the dynamic of the service one receives. I know it did for me. Thank you again to this sweet soul working at your Starbucks counter! <3

Employees have always been friendly, especially the girl who was there the last time I went. I asked her for a recommendation and she recommended their new shaken oat milk drink with some substitutions. I appreciate that she made a recommendation in a friendly manner and didn’t rush me. And the drink was fantastic!

I had to bother the blonde short hair worker with in her headphones talking with a friend. The worker was not even paying attention and was clearly not listening to me since the drink was remade twice. I wanted a refund but instead they gave me a larger size
