I have been here countless times and my drinks taste always different. Two days ago, I got brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso and it was extra sweet, today i got the same: my drink is way too bitter. I keep getting disappointed but I keep going back thinking it will be different. It hasn’t changed. So I am going to stop wasting my money. I thought Starbucks stands for their consistency when it comes to drinks, but not at this location.

This Starbucks is almost always busy, but don’t let the long line of people fool you. They are fast and friendly. Lines move quick and the crew is always quick to say hi. I come here daily and will continue to do so.

This Starbucks takes everything personal. The moment THEY mess up just find another Starbucks. They pick and choose what drinks they would like to make correct. The workers are very rude with no customer service skills. It’s really the morning early afternoon crew. They don’t make their guest feel welcomed at all, I will be sure to get names from this point forward. Your job is to make people’s drinks correct that’s in the job description also I don’t know if a customer service training course needs to be held here or what? The store is really at their downfall and I hope they can bring new people in

Mobile order wasn’t working go inside and order only for everyone to order after me to get their order. The girl asked twice what my drink was before she finally decided to make it and then slammed it down on the counter without the lid being secure. And she rudely told me to have a good day. I won’t be back to this location the wait time is always ridiculous and at any given time there are always enough employees working they just clearly can’t figure out what they are doing.

It doesn’t matter what drink I get it’s ALWAYS nasty! I’m going out of my way to leave this review because it’s true. I can go get the same drink from a different Starbucks and it taste better. I could order water from this Starbucks and it’s nasty. It makes no sense.

I do not go to this starbucks anymore. That is how bad it is. The staff has always been rude. To include when I asked if I have forgotten to order my sons cake pop she rattled off her and her coworkers todo list before my kid got his cake pop. I was genuinely asking my son if I forgot to order it. Also it is always too busy – clearly a staffing issue. So now I just know it’s not worth the wait/ being abused by the staff.

Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to! I’m from out of town and I’m always traveling so starbucks is USUALLY reliable when I need myself a coffee. So my son and I go in, stand at the counter for like 15 minutes. We’re ignored completely! No acknowledgement at all. One girl was working the drive thru and making drinks. Looked like another girl was following around another girl, ordering her to do nothing she looked like she was about to cry. finally someone else came around to take our order, was very rude about it too. Everyone seemed so miserable! Son ordered a grand caramel Frappuccino, got a tall mocha one instead… what the h*ll. My drink was fine, but I didn’t raise my son to be a complaining b word (although he can be at times HA!) so he stuck it up and we just left. I didn’t wanna spend another minute in there. We got much better service when we were outta kensucky at a different sbuck. LIke cmonnn! I don’t need that corny fake customer service, but at least be somewhat efficient and gimme what I PAID for!! it wasn’t even busy!!
