Absolutely terrible! Worst service ever. I show up today 4/4 at 5:30ish. My daughter wanted cake pops. I don’t drink coffee. 2 people in line ahead of us. 3 people waiting to receive their drinks. Only one person working. I see they have the cake pops on display in the food case meaning they have them right? We wait and wait and wait and wait some more. 30 freaking minutes later I’m up it’s finally my turn. I’ll take 4 cake pops please. “I’m sorry we don’t have any”. Then why are they on display. I’m sorry that’s all I get. 30 minutes of my life gone over a lazy employee.

Absolutely terrible, the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. I was there at 9am on a monday. She took 10 minutes to understand my order, pumpkin latte with oatmilk and vanilla, which is what I always get at other locations. She kept trying to make me order a pumpkin spice latte. I also ordered a tall decaf with cream and sugar. She has an awful attitude, is combative, and is sarcastic and short with me. She then makes the drink. After receiving the drink I ask about the decaf, I step back until she’s done and turns out she made my latte decaf. Frustrated and done with the whole thing I left, I spent 6 dollars on a decaf latte, I couldn’t believe it. Just awful. I will absolutely never come back.

In the last 20 years I’m willing to bet that I have enjoyed more Starbucks beverages per day than the number of days. Sometimes people ask me why I pay more. Aside from the fact that I like it it’s because no matter how bad the service gets when there are call offs or other difficulties, Starbucks always does the best job and make sure every single customer is well taken care of. Keep doing what you’re doing and I will keep buying coffee for the next 20 years.

I ordered a late made with almond milk only and the person taking my order put a “splash of almond milk” on the order. I am lactose intolerant and they made my drink with dairy milk when I didn’t ask for it. I am glad I waited until I got home to drink it because I would be very sick right now if I had. Thanks for almost causing me an allergic reaction. Thank God for lactaid pills so I can drink this 8 dollar drink that was not made correctly. I don’t have time to go back to the store and wait another 30 min for a wrong drink.

Get coffee here very often. Usually have to wait at the counter 10-15min before even being acknowledged. If you are acknowledged, they still make you wait while they make every mobile or call in order first. They don’t really seem concerned with the customers that come into the store. They will blatantly not look at you on purpose. Almost like they just want you to walk away and not order. Only reason I come here is because it is the closest Starbucks to me. Simply convenience.

Yikes! Could really use some manager or supervisory oversight. When staff is taking 20 minutes to make 3 drinks when you’re at the front of a growing line. Also, the three sink system is there for a reason, when you’re ‘on-stage’ (for better words) you need to be following restaurant health and safety standards to a tee. Watched an employee remove a pump from a empty syrup cleanse with with water only and then touched the part that went right back into a new syrup. Meanwhile another employee made another crew member a drink meanwhile 6 people were now in line. Overall the drinks were subpar for a starbucks.
