If you’re going to have people open a shop at least make sure they know what they’re doing. I waited over 20 minutes for a coffee to be made and they were still waiting for the espresso to self clean. I didn’t even get the drink I ordered because I couldn’t wait any longer because I was late for work. I didn’t expect a coffee to take 20+ minutes.

Went to this star bucks during the holiday rush which is inside a Target. Only ONE PERSON was working at the time (a girl named Ashley) and she freakin KILLED it. She was super fast, efficient and friendly. No amount of stress seemed to bother her with a huge line of tired shoppers trying to get some caffeine. Shout out to this hard worker!

Last Sunday I got a vanilla latte made by a trainee named Olivia. She did excellent! Keep it up! I know it’s hard working with one other person. All the employees are so good at getting the drinks done in a good time frame. Love this Starbucks.

Took a while to make my order because she decided to take order of others and get Target employees there free water. She asked if I wanted whip(which is my favorite) she gave wrong lid had to add whip and drink was horrible. Just moved here and will never get Starbucks again in here. I get it almost 2 a day! Girl was very nice to employees and was rude to customers. Other worker was cleaning while other girl worked! Gave 2 stars because she did everything her self still bad service.

my two favorite baristas are here! they are amazing i been a starbucks loyal customer since 2011 and this starbucks i never have a issue they are so sweet and kind. We are a daily regular and even the workers know us in target. Our barista sees us walk in the door and just nods and know what we want automatically its amazing.

Terrible customer service. I waited a few minutes before my order was taken mind you no one else was there. Finally the guy working said he would be with me in a minute (he chose to finish stocking first.) once my order was taken he moved onto 2 others first so in all I waited 10 minutes for an OK drink. I’ll choose another Starbucks next time.

Every time I get a drink I say no whipped cream and every time it never fails. They put it on my drink anyways. Besides that the staff are very friendly. Too bad they never get my drink right.
