I literally stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my drink. Watched another lady complain about how disgusting her drink was and it was made wrong. I never got my drink. Wasn’t acknowledged at all when I tired to ask why everyone get their drink but not me. I literally gave them money with no coffee in hand. I’ll never waste my time at this Starbucks again.

If there was half a star I would give them that! I’ve been a gold star member for a really long time and never have I ordered through the app 10 minutes prior to getting there and still for 20 minutes inside and my drink was still not ready! The app times are so inaccurate and they just made me waste my time and money! I had to go into work, so I just left… a 5 dollar coffee is not worth my job which helps pay for this expensive coffee! Really dissatisfied

I’ve gone through the drive through here a few times, and every time the employees have been so cheerful and happy. They ask about how you’re doing and just make you happy about the day. They’re quick with everything too, but I’d just go back because of how happy everyone seemed to be.

Terrible, they have been out of sugar for a week and since it is the only place on my way to work I kept going, but not again!! The past 2 times we went they tricked me, before I ordered I asked if they had sugar and they said yes, so I order and pay and then they tell me they have none!! We spend $12 on 2 coffees we should be able to have it the way we like it but we don’t!!!! I get the carnal macchiato extra shot and it was like they dumped hot milk on regular coffee!! I drink them a couple times a day so I know what they should taste like. So I asked if I could please have some extra Carmel sauce to sweeten it a little and they gave me this butterscotch flavoring!!!! Do they not understand how expensive their coffee is and I don’t want to be tricked into buying something I wouldn’t have bought had I known I couldn’t have it the way I like

There is new starbucks coming outside of Kroger and this starbuck is inside Kroger. The new starbuck which is outside of starbuck is still under construction and not yet completed. Cafe Mocha was ok not the best I had at different starbucks till date. Its small counter inside Kroger and does have all other stuff which they offer at other places like tumblers, cups, coffee etc. Overall was good and staff was ok I have seen better
