Stopped in for a coffee on a rough afternoon and walked out in a brighter mood and the best drink I’ve ever had! Employee Tay was filling in for a call off so she didn’t know how to make my drink and asked if she could try. I didn’t have high expectations since by day was going so badly, but she exceeded and beyond! Not only did she make the best tasting drink ever, but she also cheered me up! She deserves a raise and a strong pat on the back! I’ll definitely be going back and telling everyone to visit. I just wish I had the recipe for the drink for my future visits, lol!

When we went there was 2 associates working together and went to break together. Told my daughter they would be 20 minutes. When they came back they told her and another customer they would have to wait why they restocked the store before opening and then had the nerve to get an attitude because they aren’t able to multitask. Sorry Starbucks but your stores have been lacking my last couple of visits no matter the location. Be glad I can’t give this place a negative star.

I come here often they usually have only one or two people with a line of customers and they are always incredibly friendly. One lady in particular a beautiful brown lady who worked under target I believe always makes my vanilla sweet cream cold brew absolutely perfect!!

This is the third time I have been to this location and they don’t have any cold brew. However, this was the first time I waited in line 10 minutes before she bothered to tel me. The barista was respectful enough the other two times to let the line know. How hard is it to create a sign even? I will not be going back to this one ever.

Best experience at a Starbucks by far!! Went in with my husband and we were just passing through down for the day from Cleveland and unfortunately didn’t catch the young guys name working but he was wonderful! Drinks were perfect and he was so friendly

Recently they adjusted the indoor space to allow just one customer in the lobby at a time which I think is the right thing to do since the arrows were difficult to follow before. Always have great service here and the staff is awesome.

Was told I couldn’t get a drink because it wasn’t on the menu anymore after waiting 11 min in line. Then went less than a mile down the road and got it… terrible service worker then proceeded to say “the whole day been like this can’t wait to get out of here” just kind of dissatisfied with this whole experience
