When I go very early in the morning the service is wonderful. She is always pleasant very quick great customer service. But the service is not so great if I go later In the morning or afternoon. 2 workers chit chatting for several minutes before they even acknowledge I’m standing at the register to place an order.

Visited today, the last Sunday before Christmas, and there was one young lady working the store. She took the orders, then made and delivered the orders, all by herself. As the line grew, it was obvious that she was becoming quite overwhelmed. She pushed through and completed each order as fast as she could, trying very hard to keep a smile on her face. The store owner should have never had her in this situation. You guys make enough money to have some help for this girl at this busy time. And she needs a big Christmas bonus for the job she did today!

Waited over half an hour. Was told the drinks would be “right up”. Ten minutes later no drinks. Was told the “stickers were lost”. Unfriendly staff. No apologies offered for waiting nearly 45 minutes for coffee. Ridiculous.

Cute little Starbucks inside Kroger. They didn’t have a line for once so my daughter and I stopped. The kind barista offered to make my drink cream-based since she overheard me debating on a drink to share with my daughter. It was so tasty!

1/19/2016 @ 12:15 pm. I just left the counter of this Starbucks and I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated. I could tell the lady at the register was fairly new because she had to ask questions about how to fix the price because she under charged me. They fixed it, but still under what normally pay. I decided not to ask them to fix it again, I’d just give them a bigger tip. Moving on… I simply asked for a coating of caramel in my drink on the inside of my cup. Instead, I got a tiny little drizzle in the cup. I asked again if I could please have a coating in my cup. The lady refused. She said that she was being generous as it was and that they didn’t charge me for it. I said I would pay for it. She said that it would be the same thing. She didn’t understand what a coating was. I asked her to think of a painted wall. Is there a drizzle of paint or a coating? She didn’t know how to answer that. So I walked away and purchased caramel in the Kroger that Starbucks happens to be in and fixed it myself. This lady needs educated in simple terminologies before dealing with future customers. I feel bad for her. And I didn’t leave any tip.

Went in after a dentist appointment we go once a month because we live an hour away and worst service ever from Clara! I don’t normally complain EVER but for $10.00 for two of the worst COFFEE and SERVICE! VERY DISPOINTED!!
