This establishment says it opens at 6am but that is far from the truth. Placed a mobile order at 06:07 and went inside to wait for order but the store still had its gate pulled down. People were waiting for the barista to open up but she ignored everyone. Finally 20 minutes after 6am, the gate was lifted. Barista had attitude and made my drink incorrectly. Decided not to say anything about it because we were already running late from having to wait for establishment to open.

Not open in time.. multiple employees in talking and carrying on with each other while a line of customers stood outside waiting for an extra half an hour at least. When asked about opening, the one girl’s answer was very rude. There are a ton of other reviews like mine….maybe someone should actually do something and try to fix what is definitely a problem….not just the time I was there. When the man in front of me asked about the issue when they finally opened, the name was rude and tried to make excuses… when it sounds kind most of the time they are late because the manager can’t be bothered to show up on time to unlock the gate. One last thing…when i finally got my coffee, it wasnt even made close to right. All that…for a bad drink. Seriously pathetic. Starbucks should be embarrassed.

Stopped by in the evening, was basically ignored for 5 minutes while the baristas chatted. I just wanted to know what time they opened in the morning. They told me 7:00 am. I went in after waking up and they still weren’t open at 7:15. Why have an opening time if you aren’t going to be open at that time?
