so a year ago I left a review and it was 5 stars. When the old manager Nick was here things were always great service and drinks tasted amazing. The last 5 months of so have been horrible. unfriendly staff and they do not make the drinks correctly. if you pay for 3 shots of expresso you get 1. I have been drinking the same drink for years and now it’s a waste of money because it’s just nasty and staff gets upset if you ask them to make it correctly.

Stopped in today to see about grabbing some cookies and cake pops for the girls. They were sold out which was bummer for me but my daughter asked the nice lady if she could get a pup a Chino for our new puppy. I’ve never heard of such a thing but she made one and gave to my daughter. I went to pay and she said no charge. That awesome, my daughter was so excited. Thank you!

I normally have a great experience here. I stop in often and have never had any issues. However my husband was treated badly when he stopped in after a night shift and happened to be dirty from work. Like I dont want to take your money, please go away badly. I will never stop here again. Learn how to treat people properly no matter what they look like.

Extremely slow service and if it’s true, their stand on defunding the police will be a HUGE deal breaker. Stick to what you do, make drinks. Stay out of politics and bring your coffee bean factory back to the USA. I’m done with this company I loved so much. Plus after begging for Sangria tea to be brought back they couldn’t even manage that.

Sometimes they’re great, but sometimes they’re very ride. One time I stood at the register for 5 minutes with no one in front of me, and the girls were just talking to each other. Finally, one came over and just looked at me. Didn’t say a word. It wasn’t a great experience.
