wayy too expensive for coffee, idc what flavor or if it’s hot or cold.. it’s just too much money! This city is 90% ghetto and literally 10% isn’t super poor, out of that 10% roughly half are drug dealers who couldn’t care less about Starbucks coffee so that leave about 5% of the city that can even afford something at this place .. 5% .. how bout we try a coffee shop that everyone can afford?? with like $2 coffee and teas,(hot or iced) n maybe $3 for the frappes.. no single item should be more than $5 idgaf what it is?

I’m a bit of a coffeeholic I don’t get this much as it can be pricey but, every drink I’ve gotten has been great. I always try to pick something I’ve not had. They are always very nice and willing to just throw something together if I didn’t know what to get and its always been good.

Went to get a pink drink at 7:25pm was told by the barista that they had none of those fruity drinks available. So then tried to order a mocha drink and was told they had none of that available as well. Then I said do you have anything? she then told me she didn’t have time to make the drinks that she had to prep for closing. A whole half hour early!? I think not. Just pure laziness if you ask me!

Last time I left a really negative review, I felt bad and removed it. But it’s clear from reading all the others, it’s not just me! My drink has tasted watered down the last two times(and for the price I mean you expect a top of the line coffee!). They’re always out of everything. And often they’ll tell you they either have NO hot drinks, or NO cold drinks. They like to close early. Heaven forbid you customize your drink, don’t even bother lol. Tried that one time, they asked a bunch of Qs before asking if I just wanted a regular PSL. Yeah, yes, sure. I Lol. This is basically like a knock off, bootleg style Starbucks. Can you imagine a Starbucks running the way this one does in a busier city? No, It wouldn’t be tolerated. I’m going to try the Weirton one.

Me and my daughter stopped in one afternoon for a drink and were The only ones in line (aside from a woman at the counter getting her order taken ). The Batista then tells us , “Excuse me, I’m going on break so no one’s going to be for a while “… Very rudely! We were the only ones in line.. she was very mean and off putting. We won’t be back

Good coffee and chai tea as in all Starbucks, however, the staff was newly trained, no manager on site to help and the poor people tried very hard to do a good job but it was not up to Starbucks standards.
