She didn’t ask how I wanted my latte. Then I noticed that it had been placed as iced. So, I had to let them know that it was supposed to be hot. The service was OK. Not typically what you expect at a Starbucks though. $7 for a drink. I like to feel welcomed.

I ordered a matching late and it tasted like Straight up milk and I am not supposed to have milk. So I asked if they could remake it with almond milk and the cashier took my cup dumped it with an attitude and remade it but it still doesn’t taste like a match tea latte. So I’m pretty upset I spent money on a drink that tastes like milk and has no flavor. I’m beyond irritated.

Walked in 10 minutes before closing time. The gate was already half closed, the floors were already mopped, and they were out of coffee. They refused to brew any more. They clearly were trying to leave early, and I wasn’t worth their time.

SHAME ON MANAGER MATT! I went in early this morning and received great service. I always order mostly the same thing. Today I wanted something different. The young ladies were excellent to take time to ask what I like and make a recommendation. The coffee drink was excellent also. I’m a commercial driver waiting out some snow so… later I came back in to grab Panera and see a man in a dress shirt behind the counter with 3 Starbucks ladies there now. I approach and one lady asked if she could help, I replied to ask if he was a manager she confirmed he was. He is standing right in front of me and still hasn’t acknowledged me at all. So I continued to share just 20 seconds or so of a compliment to the girls who gave excellent service. This man never acknowledged me. The girls both 5 feet past him were saying thank you so much. Buy really shame on him. I would hate to work for someone who has no positive attitude. I went back in one more time before I left to ask his name. So shame on Matt for missing the opportunity to thank his associates.
