I ordered a cold brew with whip cream on it but there was no whipped cream when it came out on the counter so i asked for whipped cream on it but the staff poured my coffee out in a sink to make a room for whipped cream in a cup which made my coffee half size and whipped cream half size in a cup. Unbelievable. I just wanted whipped cream on top of it not having less coffee, she didn’t have to pour out the coffee out like that. I felt as though I never wanna come back here again.

Never again will we go to this location. Staff was having a dispute with one another while patrons were trying to order, which led to our order being horrible. Would definitely want a refund!… But not at this location.

This Starbucks is somewhat small, but it always has great baristas and good customer service. They really pay attention to your order, and if it’s not too your liking, you get a do over is what I call it. The pastries and other dessert items are also good.

I am very disappointed I stopped in this store before work between 6pm and 6:05pm this evening. I ordered a grande mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher. I waited close to if not 15 minutes. I had to ask twice about my order after seeing two people that came in after me get their coffee and espresso shots. When she finally made mine she slid it across the counter to me I picked it up to taste it and it spilled down the front of my shirt. Again I was heading to work. I then just asked for a refund. No sorry no can I make another one nothing.

The older woman manager that was on today is absolutely disgusting. Her behavior is very condescending. She just doesn’t belong in the store. There’s no one in this neighborhood that I know of the acts like this she needs to go someplace where her bias opinions about people fit.
