I order the same drink everytime and they manage to mess up the order weekly. Most of the time they get the size wrong. I order a trente everytime and I’ve gotten rung up for a grande multiple times. Last week they got the size right but rung me up for a frozen pineapple passion fruit. There seems to be a lack of focus, and even tho I get the same thing everytime and have the same conversations over and over, they are always unapologetic. They will offer to fix it but with an attitude occasionally. I don’t want to make them remake it but they ring me up incorrectly all the time. I have to now pay attention to what they charge me because they can’t ring it up properly.

Worst starbucks I’ve ever been too! Supposed to open at 5 am, still waiting and it’s 5:17 am!!! Not to mention the long line. Just their demeanor and attitude towards the customers gives me a bad taste in my mouth. NEVER AGAIN!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

Worst Starbucks ever. Employees are not trained how to use the ordering system, and they mess up everything. After wait in line for 15 minutes, and then waiting for a drink for another 20, they messed up ur drink as well as the person in front of us.

Everyone loves Starbucks… It’s kind of like wearing that right fashion or something.. If you like strong coffee, they got it.. If you like a lighter blend, they got it . They have some good cool drinks with crazy tastes but you will pay for this experience to say you tried it.. When I am in Phoenix, they are everywhere and there is always a line . Judge your time accordingly.. My girl loves the place for their tea.. If you haven’t tried it, you have been living in the moon and I welcome you back to Earth!!! Enjoy Americans..

You know that phrase, “What would Jesus do?” These Starbucks employees take it to heart. They replaced a spilled drink without my asking – they were flooded with work and a never ending line, yet are so detailed oriented that they somehow noticed us cleaning up the spilled drink in the background and kindly replaced it. I NEVER go to Starbucks because I always feel out of my element and like I don’t know what I’m talking about. The young woman at the cash register patiently walked me through everything and even made some suggestions that helped me discover what drink I like! They clearly run a tight ship and get people’s orders out within 5 minutes, no matter the size. Their smiles are genuine, and they deal with tough situations like the boss ladies they are. They made my experience with Starbucks AWESOME and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys for a wonderful morning!
