So I believe in second chances. With that being said This was my second visit that week. Yet again I was disappointed I was told by the cashier that they couldn’t scan my points. Now let me go back I visit this location serval times the week before. That week I was informed that they could only do scan only, I also informed that my points may not show up right away but check it in 24 hours. I am so unhappy with the location is this really how you try regular customers.

I got the Ham and Swiss cheese meld on a toasted baguette. The taste of the sandwich was ok, but it was definitely not worthy of the hefty price ($7) for the minuscule amount of ham and cheese. Will not get that again. ☹️

Hours are listed 6am-6pm, I go out of my way to get my coffee and get there at 5:40pm, only for them to be closed. Called to confirm hours and potentially leave a voicemail but the mailbox was full and couldn’t except messages. Real professional. Love the coffee other wise.

This is why Starbucks shouldn’t allow corporate owners. It’s not a consistent or very good experience. We are here for a soccer tournament and staying in the hotel right next door. So we came in to get our usual drinks. We frequent Starbucks more than the average person, so we have a very good expectation as to how these drinks should and would be typically served. The brewed coffee, both days we came, was served luke warm. The first day we got it to go and I just threw it away. The second day I came in and when I went to let them know the coffee wasn’t hot (this is 7:45 in the morning), one of the people working informed me she just brewed it. The process is just not aligned with the corporate process. Not a very good experience.

It’s ok if you have no other options. This isn’t a real Starbucks, it is operated by AVI. That means it’s the hospital cafeteria version of Starbucks. You can pay with the Starbucks app but you cannot redeem your “stars” for the freebies.
