Multiple employees but only one ‘working’. This had to be the SLOWEST EMPLOYEE ON EARTH. Think of a sloth. Definitely shouldn’t be working at a fast paced environment. I’ve got a lot of patience usually but this was absolutely ridiculous. Multiple people left the line because of the speed.

The best part about coming to this Target is walking in and immediately buying caffeine from this friendly Starbucks. Fast and precise service. I can quickly sip my wake up syrup through my straw and start pushing my red cart through the store, eyes wide open tweaking like an owl as I fly down aisles feeling my feet leave the ground as I purchase random stuff I would never buy in a normal state of mind.

Just watched the 20 something batista explain not wearing her mask over her nose by equating COVID to Starbuck Matcha Powder. Declined to let me get her name. As an immunosuppressive therapy patient for liver transplant I was horrified and will not be trusting this location again.

The original staff is no longer here. Last time my friend and I made the mistake of visiting this location, the barista that seemed to have nothing better to do than complain about her job aggressively pumped syrup and sprayed it all over my friend’s new coat. Then proceeded to say “splash zone!” instead of apologizing. Haven’t been back to this location since.

Worst service ever! Would give this review one star if possible! The two women working were so ready to leave that they told my fiancé and I that all they were going to make was frappuccinos (which was rude, but fine since that is all we were getting). We ordered two venti frappuccinos (one Java chip and one double chocolatey chip with peppermint). They made my fiancé’s order correctly, but gave me a grande. When I said I ordered a venti they acted like I had lied and told me I had to pay the 50 cent difference even though we already paid $10.50?? They grudgingly made me a new one but then failed to make the order a second time, as I basically received a cold hot chocolate. I understand that sometimes we are all in a hurry but this was completely uncalled for. Both my fiancé and I are gold card members and we will not be returning to this Starbucks. Worst customer service experience ever.
