Love that there’s a full service Starbucks inside of Breakers, makes it very convenient to grab a coffee, sit by the water, and wake up a bit before hitting the parks. All the employees here were speedy with making our drinks and quite kind.

Extremely disappointed to say this was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever encountered! Terrible customer service, extremely rude, and absolutely no friendly smiles. Although I understand sometimes work can be a tough day I sat back to watch the interactions with other customers and not one smile or even a “your welcome” after experiencing this for the 2nd day it was very clear none of the employees were happy nor wanted to be there it definitely would’ve been a deal for them to have bothered with their customers service act.
