Based on dozens of experiences with this location. It’s about a dead 2.5 of 5 in my book. Most of the employees are phenomenal! One employee argued with me that they made my specialty drink correct, when I pulled up the Starbucks site to show them how it’s made, they huffed and puffed and rolled their eyes when it was proven differently. My biggest complaint is not the people working here but the app/website/technology portion. I guess they turn off the mobile ordering at times (probably when short staffed) so it goes to the next nearest location if it glitches and accidentally let’s you order, 30 minutes away.

This is usually my go to Starbucks. Everyone is always friendly, the service is prompt and the drinks taste great. Today we ordered our usual, 2 caramel ribbon crunch fraps with a pump of toffee nut. One was decaf and the other was regular. The barista filled the bottom of both of our cups with whip cream & caramel and then poured our coffee drinks in and added the top layer of whip cream and caramel. I don’t recall there being a bottom layer of whip cream in any of my past fraps, but not only did our drink look different, they also tasted differently due to this. Is this so that we don’t get as much coffee in it as before?

One of the worst coffee shops ever. Of course they didn’t have what I wanted so I get something else and it tastes awful. Will never stop here again, and would recommend anyone to.

This review is solely based on management’s inability to schedule more than one person on staff at a time. The last 3 times I have tried to visit this location, there is one worker behind the counter trying to keep up, while customers wait 20+ minutes for a drink. This location could push twice the business it already does if you simply staffed it.

I’m a Google Local Guide and to answer questions about the location, the cashier had to call her manager. She didn’t even know if they have booster seats! They have high chairs though. Can’t comment on the food as they were closed when I showed up, but there is a clean seating area with comfortable chairs and couches and high-definition televisions. The grocery store that it is located within offers free WiFi.

I came in Close to V day,I asked for a Grande Cloud Macchiato.Let me tell you it was a tad strong but really good over all.Staff was very friendly. They did not have Cakepops made(could have been the time . NOT SURE). Mostly clean could have been cleaner over all minimum rating is a 3.5 Highest was 4.0.
