The employees are so sweet and nice I tried to give them a tip but they didn’t have a jar. They dealt with some not great customers extremely well especially those without masks. One guy didn’t have a mask and I kept moving away from him, the cashier could tell I was uncomfortable and asked him politely to go get a free mask from up front. They are so efficient and friendly I wish I was friends with them. Please treat these employees with respect and gratitude.

I. Love. Starbucks. I really think it is the best coffee chain around. Anytime I am shopping and there is a starbucks close by, i have to grab something to drink. This location is one of my favorites because everyone is always friendly and they have always made my drinks perfectly. I love the variety of the menu. I was so happy to see a Starbucks near me. First time I ordered a mocha frappe and I swear I was just drinking chocolate syrup. Today I went to order the same thing and was told they are out of frappe items and can’t make any today. 2 trips both times not happy.

The baristas charge incorrectly, I was charged $.80 for a splash of almond milk, when I’ve only ever been charged for milk substitutes in lattes as you should. Also I went there 15 minutes before they closed to get a water and they were quite busy and one of the baristas with blonde hair had said “what time do we close? 15 minutes? Oh right” very loudly so customers could hear as well as slamming blenders and steaming pitchers. She then proceeded to say “thank god I’m not wearing my f**king name tag.” I’m a starbucks barista myself and almost every time I go there I watch them make drinks incorrectly. The place is clean but more than half of the baristas themselves have AWFUL attitudes and clearly weren’t trained correctly as baristas or in customer service.

I wish target or Starbucks for that matter would realize the lazy, unwelcoming, employees they have working at their establishment and fire them… It’s mind blowing the amount of times I happened to go to this Starbucks early in the morning just for them to tell me they are out of cold brew.. The way the Caramel Frappe is made is not even hardly close to being consistent. They are always running out of whipped cream. I’ve also heard them tell others they’re out of other ingredients for whatever the customers were ordering.
