Worst Starbucks out there. The workers don’t show up to open the shop, the customer service is horrid, whatever you do, don’t do a mobile order. Chances are they will refuse to give you your drink even if you have it up on the app, and very very high probability they won’t be there for the store to open but it still lets you order ahead. Stay away. I’ve had to get my money back several times due to them not being open or refusing to give me my drink even though I showed them that the order went through. The customer service you reach out to, to get a refund, could care less. Obviously the store manager doesn’t care either.

I work over in this area and It’s convenient to stop and grab coffee. Disappointing for the 3rd time I came her to get Caramel frappe and there’s no caramel. So, the cashier can’t make the drink. I have never been to a Starbucks but this one repeatedly don’t have caramel to make drink. Why advertise if you don’t have what you need to service the product.

It’s the worst starburst that I’ve ever been, stuff is rude and theyre always with earphones talking on the phone, 2 times went there, and the 2 times my drinks were prepared wrong, plus I went another time at 7:35pm asked the guy for a coffee and he said it was closed, when it says clearly that it closes at 8pm.. I give 1 star because there’s no zero stars, it’s the WORST

I didnt check names. I did, however, stand at the counter for a solid 3-4 minutes while the employees continued their conversation, broke away for a second to ring me out (I was only getting a cup). Then immediately returned to her conversation before she was even done scanning my cup.
