This team did amazing! The batista who took my order even asked how to spell my name and that’s the first time it’s been right on a cup in a long time! My somewhat complex order was made perfectly and the batista communicated with me the entire time to ensure it was perfect! Awesome job!

Short staffed. The lady behind the counter was the only one there and was busy with drinks and cleaning. I waited at least 5 minutes as the only person in line for her to finish the order in front of me, but ultimately just had to get on the road. I wish Google tipped me off that the location was in a Kroger and not a stand-alone Starbucks.

Shante is gone, which was the only good thing about that Kroger in general. Poor management truly reflects in the grocery portion and Starbucks. I hope you read this before you go to this Kroger for Starbucks, there is a high chance SB will not be open and if they are open, they won’t have anything prepped to make your drink. You’re better off drinking the McDonald’s calls coffee, which is right next to Kroger.

The only reason why I gave them five stars is because when you go through the drive-thru they do not play about getting you out of that wine I have never waited more than 3 minutes in the Drive-Thru ever and that to me is quite impressive. GOOD job!
