I always have a good experience here and the employees are always nice. I just left there today and the barista, Ashle, was super nice and very great at her job! However, I do feel bad that everytime I come here there is only one person working. I couldn’t imagine being the only person working at a very fast paste coffee shop.

Horrible service i have been here four times they dont know how to make drinks or they arenout of ½ the menu items or one person is working and the line is ridiculous but not only that but they ring up 5 people and make you wait after you have paid instead of preparing each customers drink…

no lie, they mess up my 6 dollar coffee every freaking time.. definitely worth the couple minute drive to go to western avenue. They put more effort into the Pokémon sign then they do training their employees and the free samples looked gross don’t do them

I use to love this Starbucks. Over the past several months, they are always short staffed, out of items, etc. No one knows how to do refunds or correct the transaction if something rings up wrong. I think they need better management or something. No, I don’t recommend this particular store.

My fiance and I hit this location up very frequently, unfortunately over the last 2 yrs 75% of our visits are a waste of our 20 min drive. This location is either out of Carmel or the espresso machine is down and that is the big no nos more common then normal service there is unable to fulfill your needs.

Every time I go here they’re out of half of the menu. They’re losing loads of business because of it. Poor reflection on management. Can’t be a supply issue because you go to any other Starbucks between here and Columbus and you can get anything you want.

Employee’s are rude. I’ve been there many many times haven’t had a nice one yet. Just left same experience. All the employees did was complain about how awful it was and how short handed they were. I wouldn’t go but the next closest Starbucks is Athens for me. Athens has never been rude!

The staff here are nice and friendly. Have been so for years. I will say that I only have ever ordered hot chocolate here. In my personal opinion it isn’t that good. I will also say that their various coffes and teas are apparently much better according to everyone I’ve talked to. So I reccomend you stick with those. I have also heard good things about their baked goods and cake pops.
