It’s always dirty. I don’t like to use this location, but I do, because of convenience. Low selection of cold cups, tumblers, etc. I like to grab a coffee while I shop at Kroger if there isn’t too much of a wait.

Went in at 7:30 on 6/27/23. Employees saw me. Looked at me and continued to play on their phones. Stood there 7 minutes. They did not take my order. Then they started making mobile orders and never asked me for mine as I’m standing right in front of them. I left.

An employee named Emily (I think) I’m guessing a (liberal democrat) based on her entitled and completely unprofessional attitude and demeanor along with the hippy yellow hair if the Kroger that they reside in would look at the confrontation that happened around noon or a little before they would see 2 gentlemen that waited there for 5+ minutes without even getting an acknowledgment so I leaned over and asked if they wanted us to come back to be helpful to the staff I know this time of year can be hard on people she answered with a very rude and sharp you’ll just have to wait until we get these drinks done so I said roll your eyes and snap at me again I’ll come across the counter and make it myself if you’re that incompetent she said I’m not going to serve you so I went to floor mgmt and left a complaint seemed like a nice man I told him the whole thing even what I said to the girls my whole family has worked in the Kroger store in Portsmouth for years and has retired from there I have never ever witnessed the level of disrespect and discrimination that I have at this store’s Starbucks stand. I’m giving three stars for the employees. But when my drink was wrong they didn’t offer to fix it, I come in multiple times a week. And in order to get a refund I have to go to krogers customer service. I’m not putting complete blame on the girls, but I asked for a refund so I wasn’t leaving unhappy. Unfortunately I did NOT have time to go through a grocery store service desk for help refunding my coffee. Also you are all paying the same price for a large coffee as what the smalls are. I payed the same amount for a small as I do my normal coffee which is why I didn’t notice until the end of the line.

Worst Starbucks in existence. It should literally be closed down. Online ordering is down and they never have half the things on their menu. Once they were out of espresso for 2 weeks! Last time I went there we paid for a bunch of flavors and all the drinks were completely plain.

I went this morning before work (7:40 ish) and the woman was cussing about something with the other worker while me and my mom sat there waiting on our MEDIUM drinks. Once we got our drinks we noticed it was a SMALLand we wasn’t even asked if we wanted the receipt and I was already running late for work at this point. My moms strawberry akie had little to no akie and the ice was not cubed it was shavings. I got a salted Carmel cold brew, it was not mixed at all and had little to no Carmel in it. The service was just terrible and I would never refer someone to that Starbucks nor will I ever get a drink from them again.
