Extremely busy. Had to leave without my drinks that I paid for because I would have been late after I had already waited almost 10 mins. Went back later, same. Packed. Don’t go if you are in a hurry to get somewhere. Otherwise, drinks and food are good.

Stooped by to grab my wife her usual. Inside is pretty cool, much different from most Starbucks I’ve been in. Has some cool history on Greencastle! The staff was pretty friendly, it was also 6:30 one Saturday. Recommend checking the place out.

Even if its packed and a little show I always love coming to this Starbucks. Fran always remembers my order and goes out of her way to talk to me and other customers. They always make sure to put signs on the door if they’re out of something or if their in app payment is down. Overall everyone is nice, the atmosphere is beautiful, and they don’t question if someone comes in just for a seat or the bathroom.

I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks. It’s the only worthy coffee shop in town. They are friendly, and patient if you don’t know the menu. They are thorough in making sure you are getting exactly what you want. They are the only Starbucks shop that asks me if I’d like room in my Americano, which is nice because other locations don’t ask and when I specify, they somehow make me feel pretentious by eye-rolling or huffing, like it’s some sort of trouble to put less ice in my coffee. But these folks are happy to go the extra mile! (And no one has misspelled my name as of yet. I’ve managed to see some humorous misspellings in my lifetime.) This location is connected to a bookstore and doesn’t have a drive-thru, which I believe is due to the building location and catering to the Depauw University demographic & local business around the square. Also, parking is either parallel or on the square, so be prepared to walk. It’s truly not far, but can be an inconvenience in the rain or snow. Even still, I’d walk in treacherous weather conditions to get a coffee from there, I can’t say enough great things about them!

Service is always slow so there’s always a line. Says they open at 6am today. They don’t. I went around 7:30 and still not open with people standing outside. Only coffee shop in town and they don’t open until most of the town is already working. They’re privately owned so don’t expect to redeem anything from your Starbucks app.
