This isn’t really their fault but normally this store is the best in Indianapolis but today, they didn’t even have Earl Grey tea. They didn’t have lots of things, even scones. So, I think this is systemic right now in this world, not just Starbucks. Too bad because this Starbucks is usually the best.

Worst service at target starbucKs on 38th street.I asked for very light ice and I even stresses on the ice but this lady gave me half ice, she gave me what she wanted to give me and not what I asked for. Please don’t go there because they don’t know how to make the drinks.

Customer service is usually awful, arguably the worst service in any Starbucks I’ve every visited. The girl behind the counter in the mornings obviously shows that she hates being there. Drinks are generally well made though, which is what keeps me coming back. Once the new Starbucks store is finished right next to Chili’s, I’ll probably take my business there.

28 July 2018 – I stopped in to this store this morning. The young lady working never smiled a any of the customers. She never greeted us, she never thanked us for our business. I had the distinct impression that she didn’t want to be there, nor did she seem to care for our business. I also intend to contact Starbucks Corporate to lodge this complaint.
