Substitute Sweet Cream for milk apparently means add cold foam for any drinks. Even when I’m paying for the extra cream not foam. Just disappointed this happens 80% of the time I get Starbucks. The staff was great, just made the drinks incorrectly.

Yesterday my wife and I went to this Starbucks for the BOGO deal. Thankfully we did only pay for one of the drinks as my drink we were unable to enjoy due to a spider or some sort of bug I found in my cup after drinking a portion of it. GROSS! Typically the staff is nice but there was no way i was driving back up there to stand in the line that was already long as it was. We chose not to drink either drink since both had carmel and we were unknowing of where the bug came from since it was in the caramel particially the way down my drink. They need to clean up a little more so this isn’t an issue. This location seems to always be out of items or is unsanitary. I hope the other things coming into this area turn out better!

I only visit here because of convenience since I live so close, but this Starbucks has to be one of the worst around. Always slow; typically only one person working (I usually go early) and rarely ever do they have warm coffee ready. They always tell me they have to make more, which means waiting an extra 5 minutes. Never mind the times I’ve had to ask them to warm up the coffee for me because it was almost room temperature. Not impressed at all.

The last few times I have came here they gave me the wrong drink. I don’t want to sound rude, but this time made me mad. I ordered online with the app and got a dragon drink and three other beverages. It clearly says on my order and on the label itself of my drink that I order a dragon drink, yet they gave me a mango dragon fruit refresher which are two completely different things. I am not sure if I am going to come back to this starbucks because everytime I clearly say I want the dragon drink they give me something else which is very frustrating.

Awful. Machines are always down, or of course, just no one’s there because they’re understaffed! Yay! Today when I come in of course their machine is down, despite them literally putting up a sign saying “We can still do hot coffee” they couldn’t make my, hot coffee. Like, what? That makes no sense. This place is horrible, go get Starbucks somewhere else.

Constant slow-moving drive-thru line. You never know from one day to the next when the lobby will be open. When the lobby is closed, the only way you find out is by parking your car and reading the tiny sign on the door.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here and given them plenty of do overs. I stood in line by myself with no one even greeting me or trying to help when the workers were visibly behind the counter. I then ordered a simple tea drink unsweet. I get my drink and walk out and it tastes like pure sugar. I’ve tried coffees and teas from here and all of them have disappointed.
