The cashier was nice, but the lady fixing the Mango Dragonfruit was a bit unfriendly. She put coconut milk in my drink and had to make it over. The straw and condiment area was nasty with trash. I was the only customer, so I don’t understand why one of the two ladies couldn’t maintain that area.

The staff here is usually kind and professional but today Maddy and Sydney were incredibly rude. They’re out of most of the food and had an attitude with my sister in law when she asked what they had. The store is disgustingly dirty with the trash over flowing, the floors are sticky, and the glass and counters are covered in drip marks. Not going back

I left with out purchasing a beverage after being told that Starbucks recently made a corporate decision to no longer carry SUGAR FREE flavorings. I called another Starbucks to see if it was accurate and was told “Yes, Stores that still have the flavoring/syrups only have them till they run out.” That’s a fine kick in the pants to anyone who is diabetic.
