Never been to this establishment. Several reasons: overpriced, the wait (I hear) is extremely long. But most importantly, I don’t drink coffee. Can’t stand the stench of brewing coffee! Would give zero stars, but a person has to give some type of a rating!

The staff is rude. They do not make drinks to order. I asked her if it had Carmel in it and she stated ya it just sank to the bottom. Lied to my face. Very disappointed. I thought Starbucks was very particular about who they hired. Literally the worst Starbucks customer service I’ve ever had. I’ll continue to wait in line at the merrillville location where the staff is amazing! I always wondered why they had a line… now I know!
