Quick story… the other location close to here was rude as f. 3x they got my order completely wrong and has MAJOR attitude like I’m not ordering right. I’m guessing the dude put his man bun up too tight?? Bad hair day?? I Threw my coffee away…Came here… Best smiles and attitude ever. Remembered my drink after the 1st time. Zero fakeness or poor attitude. Just good service o…and 10x faster than the other store. 30 min wait there. 3 to 5 minutes at this location.

Don’t come here rude customer service!!!!! Refused to give me a refill of wat I ordered despite having a receipt.. n then got mad wen I asked for my .54 refund because I didn’t get wat I ordered.. n then got an attitude again wen I asked for the drink I had already paid full price for!

Very rude girls working at this location, very uneducated about her job. Need to train harder for such a simple job. I just walked off in the middle of ordering, because the girl taking my order was getting an attitude with me because, I guess she was embarrassed she didn’t know how to do her job.

After asking the cashier if she would like me to read the custom order, or just hand her the phone to make it easier, she asked for the phone claiming she knows how to read. First of all, I was not insinuating that she didn’t know how to read, but she clearly doesn’t read very well seeing as she screwed up the order by adding mocha when it stated no mocha. She then proceeds to ask me what size when it’s the very first line listed. I wasn’t going to stick around to have them fix it, because it was already an annoyance, so I drove down the street, ordered it, and received it correctly.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise! This Starbucks uses a real espresso machine unlike most stand alone stores that now use fully automatic ones. I was seriously stunned when the pleasant barista asked me if I wanted my Grande Cappuccino either wet or dry. This is something I have requested but I have never been asked. It was excellent. My wife ordered a vanilla latte and was also pleasantly surprised at the quality. Having lived in the Seattle area, and now actually owning our own espresso coffee shop at home, we feel that we are well qualified to pass judgment on the quality of espresso drinks. Both baristas were pleasant and quick.

Horrid cheap poor quality and sugar. Why would anyone come here when there’s great locally owned places just down the street. Starbucks as a company has hurt so many family buisnesses and countries.
