The Starbucks/ Martin’s in the hospital is by far the best one I’ve been to. They recently added a new employee, I think her name tag said JoJo. So professional and engaging the customers, making them feel so welcome like they are #1. She is awesome! If she isn’t in management training, they need to get her into it ASAP! I’ll now go out of my way to go to the Martin’s / Starbucks inside the hospital for the personal experience and perfectly made drinks.

I am not from Elkhart but since I have been working there I stopped at this Starbucks inside Martins supermarket and they’re so pleasant, beautiful young beings that show you that there are still awesome kids out there!!! Oh and awesome parents that obviously raised them

Always prompt, always polite, my coffee is always consistent, wich is not true of other Starbucks that I have been to. I go out of my way to get my drinks here. I pass another Starbucks because their drinks don’t taste right. This Starbucks is worth the trip.

Great flavored coffee brewed fresh.Flavors also change Seasonally! Especially love the “Pumpkin Spice” in Fall, and the “Peppermint Mocha” in Christmas-time!! Service good in late afternoon and evenings. Their Iced Lemon Cake is heavenly!!

Every time we order a blonde roast, it comes out extra burnt. Maybe the coffee is sitting too long on the warmer or the pots need to be cleaned out better.

Went to this Starbucks inside the Martin’s store just to get a white mocha latte. They were out of the white mocha AND all of the holiday drinks. There were only a few cookies/pastries in the cabinet. Appears they were out of those items too. Very disappointing!

The drinks and food they have a good but they stop selling drinks and stuff before they are supposed to close so the workers are basically lazy and start cleaning machines early before they close so they don’t have to work anymore.
