Workers didn’t know what or how to make certain drinks (most of them) waited for more than 20 minutes in the line, one worker didn’t even work at Starbucks and didn’t make any drinks. Ended up waiting for nothing.

I went there this morning to order my drink. I was very detailed as to how I wanted my drink. Yet they failed to make it how I wanted it. The barista that took my order looked confused when I explained my drink. I explained it to her twice. She wrote it down and the other barista whom is the manager made the drink. She didn’t do it right and as she was making it, she was doing it as if I was Inconvenience to her. When she went to add the sprinkles on my drink she sigh as it was a bother to her. You would think her being the manager she would have at least good customer service.

This is a good little coffee shop. The employees are friendly and courteous. The food and drinks they prepare are wonderful; I usually switch between a triple mocha frappucino or an iced mocha- and both are made superbly. There are only two downsides to this shop, both due to it’s small size: 1) They don’t have as an extensive menu as a full-sized Starbucks and 2) occasionally, during busy times you may have to wait as much as twice as long as I would in a typical full size Starbucks.
