Although the people are quite nice and the place is cozy, the price and product are just a disaster. The price is much higher than any other starbucks. And their isn’t any discount for grads or faculties just like the one located at the eddy street. There will be a fifty cents difference between the same size beverage. And the beverage I got from here can be less. A beverage with normally micro-foam will become a portion of a-third in a cup, which make me think about whether I bought a smaller size. Sometimes, there is even coffee draining down the cup, which makes the coffee sticky and look terrible. I think the quality control should be re-educated, since I met several times in a short period. Show your value to your price! In my mind, starbucks is always a place that gives me high-quality beverages and friendly services. Don’t ruin your brand.

It is a nice location, for convenience rather than size, but it does get crowded during certain times of the day (What do you expect on a college campus?). Otherwise, the prices are quite manageable, especially when you take advantage of student flex points. The best part is that it operates for much of the day, extending through nighttime, which is useful for late studying on the weekends.

As one enters the Café it is a pretty average sized. A place big enough to enjoy as time slows down. Personally, I had a wonderful experience for the service was great for the way they treated me was without judgement or discrimination. Furthermore, they were very efficient for I receive my drink always within a 5-minute time span. Whether my drink be hot or cold it all depends on my mood, sometimes I just let my curiosity fly and explore the exotic drinks. The ones that seem too good to be true, only wanting to know how they taste like. When enjoying these drinks, I can’t help but look around and admire the setting of the place. For I could see myself talking to my friend/s, or just trying to use the time to be productive and do some work. With how comfortable the seating it a complete place like nothing is is missing. Finally, I a place where I can say to myself “You be who you are truly are”.

This location needs to allow customers to order without the use of an app during the COVID pandemic. I do not have the time to download an app as well as wait for my my coffee. Also frequently my phone is dead or I so not have it with me. Limiting customer interactions to an online app is a ridiculous standard.

This is the worst. I would give negative infinite stars if I could. Higher prices for the same drinks, no selection of cup sizes, and not allowed to use free rewards. On top of that, BAD attitude, very bad attitude. Can any place worse than that!
