If I could give zero stars I would. Rudest Starbucks ever in the rudest Kroger ever. I should not be surprised that the employee didn’t acknowledge I was standing there for over 3 minutes. She was making one drink and one microwaved sandwich. A simple “hello, I’ll be right with you” would have made all of the difference in the world.

I am very disappointed and mad right now. i placed a mobile order for this starbucks and i get there and they say they dont have the order , i even showed them that i was at the right location and that i actually made a order and Jan the manager still refused to do anything so she made me rebuy my drink and then she proceeds to ring it up wrong and argue with me about the price when the price i paid for the drink its literally on the mobile order i had to spend $20 on a $5 drink

The Starbucks in Busch’s has always served me well. I generally grab breakfast there on weekend morning before shopping. What’s nice about this small cafe is you know the food and coffee will be out at the same time. Staff has always been friendly. Recommended.

Was at Kroger in Brighton around 7:45pm this evening and went to the inside Starbucks to get a hot tea. When I stood at the counter the worker Ava looked at her watch and looked at me and didn’t say anything. She then raised her hands and shouted “a few more minutes until I get to leave this bell hole!” And then asks me what I would like to order . After I ordered a grande tea a few minutes later she goes “here you go, I know you ordered a grande but I put it in a tall, is that okay or should I remake it ?” I was so disgusted with the customer service I grabbed the cup and said it’s fine and walked away. My two kids asked me if it was appropriate how she acted in front of customers and said absolutely not . I will not be back to this Starbucks if that is okay to treat customers the way Ava did.

The barista at Kroger‘s just ignores me when I ask her to make my drink the right way and acts rude like she’s talking over me when I’m explaining what I need. what I’m saying and just sarcastically saying yes. When she was done with my drink, it wasn’t the same. She gave me old coffee and taste nothing like the drink I had ordered. Her excuse is there’s fancy recipes at Starbucks. I even showed her the recipe to make it but she wouldn’t listen and ignored me and what I was trying to explain to her

As of the writing of this review Google maps takes you to Kroger next door, so be aware. This is located inside Busch’s Fresh Food Market so keep an eye out for the sign. Nice friendly staff at this location. Great coffee.
