I work at the Target next to the Kroger on 26 and come to this Starbucks specifically because the service is much better than the Target Starbucks right in my work. The girls always make my drink right and I’m greeted with a smile. They are super generous and friendly, and make sure I am happy with my drink.

Food and service are always great. You’re just tired of coffee it’s perfect but if you’re planning to sit there and use your computer or do any sort of quiet time work, it’s the inside of a Kroger so good luck with that.

Went there stood in line for 5 mins to place an order. I lost my patience when I waited for 5 minutes the cashiers were just playing on their phone, when I asked them if I can place my order they said they are too busy. So I just left horrible experience.

I waited a half hour for one drink. There were 3 people working. I finally went up and asked if they had my order and they said they didn’t make it because they didn’t have one of the ingredients. The order was never updated, canceled, nothing. They were incredibly rude about it too. I ended up leaving without coffee or a refund.

Always had great service at this place but today I had the worst experience ever at Starbucks. The batista Nikki was very condescending when I asked her about freshness of coffee. She gave me warm coffee from the flask which was old although there was a fresh batch brewing. Of course I had to return it. What a waste of time. Never had problems at Starbucks ever. The Barista’s are usually friendly and try their best to accommodate and not outright refuse a request.
