Great service and the staff does a great job. However, it would be helpful for this location to have some sort of digital board that shows you where your order is in the line up. I was in there the other day and it was slammed. The staff were struggling to keep up and were doing the best they could. But most of us were standing there for 15 – 20 minutes and then you’re playing the fun game of trying to figure out if your order is almost up and should you stay? Or do you risk being late for work if it’s not almost up? Do you cancel? It’s like playing a guessing game but with results that could get people written up or fired from their jobs. Being able to see if your order is next in line or tenth in line would help you make that decision.

Amazing coffee. BUT I notice that 2+ times a week (always weekends) one of their workers is left alone. I know they have more staff to close. Stop treating employees poorly. Also, fellow employees, don’t let him close alone. Especially if there was a worker scheduled to close and you decide to take that worker off closing just to leave someone alone. Doing night shifts is WAY more difficult than AM. I work food service and I’ve done both.

I was there this morning 1/23/2020 at 8am. There were 2 gals working and 1 was complaining profusely about a co-worker/friend of hers. I was the only customer and still had to wait while the 1 gal went on and on. The other gal stood listening to her and it wasn’t until I said “forget it” that I was waited on. 1 gal took my order and money and the other started my drink. The gal making my drink STILL complained the whole time I was waiting. She set it down and walked back over to the gal, STILL complaining about this co-worker/friend of hers. My drink was “just ok”. More thought was put into complaining than making a good drink. I’m sorry, but when there are customers, they need to be taken care of first rather than complaining the entire time.
