Friendly staff with excellent attitudes. A food item was out for a customer – William made sure to apologize and thank the customer for his flexibility as he offered a comparable replacement. Lily, noting the potential disappointment of this guest’s interaction, upgraded his drinks given the inconvenience to him. A thoughtful response by staff and an excellent example of how customer service can make a pivotal difference in how an establishment is experienced.

We always have a great experience here! The staff is SO friendly, it’s very clean. The staff is so respectful of my kids and it has been a fun part of our weekly ritual with swim lessons. The pink drink is delicious and all of the sandwiches and treats always hit the spot!

The racial bias was real when I walked into this Starbucks this morning. The manager couldn’t even make eye contact with me. Even though we were buying customers they kept their focus on my wife who is Caucasian to avoid talking to me. I usually wouldn’t have posted anything but stuff like this has to stop! When we left the store he told my wife “thank you for coming in and you have a great day” like I wasn’t even there. God please help this nation! Management at THIS Starbucks location do better!

I ordered coffee delivery for my friend who was having a very rough week. I asked them to put “Pick-Me-Up for Michelle” on the cup and told them how she has been having a bad week. They not only wrote on the cup for me, but also wrote her a sweet heartfelt note and stuck it in the bag. It made her entire week and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this. An amazing example of the extraordinary customer service this Starbucks Staff provides. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Their consistency could use some improvement. Coffee this morning was luke warm at best and they forgot my sweetener. Now that I am unable to doctor my own coffee, I rely on the fact they could at least remember to give me the packets if they’re busy. If you see them working on a Grub Hub or other large order, don’t waste your time ordering. Not the first time I’ve received sub-par products.
