The girls in back could stop laughing and dancing long enough to do anything right. After 15 minutes of waiting for the wrong drink, I watched them hand out two drinks to people that ordered after me, and they were also the wrong drinks. This is why you don’t let children run your establishment. I’ll gladly make the drive to roseland from now on.

Beyond slow. I am completely understanding of service industry workers and wait times, and have always been 100% pleasant even when I’m not satisfied. This particular Starbucks inside my local Martin’s is beyond slow, with workers who really seem to just not care. I waited 40 minutes for an Americano, along with 10 other people just standing there watching the two girls behind the counter talk and laugh and move as slowly as humanly possible, at their convenience. I watched my coffee sit there for 9 minutes (full, ready, but not at the pickup station) and it seemed only once the one girl stopped talking jovially with her coworker and noticed, then she set my drink in the pickup station. This is a JOB, a job that serves caffeine to people who are most likely on their way to work (don’t forget about night shift workers!), yet there is barely any work ethic. I stopped coming here for coffee, because after the last time I just thought there was no point in coming back. Please instill better work ethic in your employees, sincerely- a service industry worker.

I had came in and ordered a dragon fruit drink and I didn’t realize there was coconut milk in it which makes me very sick and the extremely nice barista with the pink heart hoodie made me another drink a special drink that she made and I love it!!! She is an amazing worker keep up the good work you rock!! I’m so coming back again and getting another (love kills) drink thank you so much!!

I ordered a cappuccino and the employee obviously did not know how to decently make the drink. Scooping foam from one cup to another for 5 minutes isn’t part of the correct process. When I was handed the drink, it had almost no actual liquid. When I brought this to their attention, they just stated “we follow the recipe.” Waste of money.

i always come here bc it’s the only starbucks near me. i usually have pretty good service. although one time i did get a girl with black hair who made an awful drink so i asked it to be remade, and she had an attitude and didn’t even put the lid on right and it spilled all over my hand. I think they should start some online order system bc they take quite some time sometimes. OVERALL pretty good service for the most part and the girl with a long blonde ponytail is my fav, she’s super nice.

Place was swamped. Its 14 days to Christmas and it just seemed like they could use another person behind the counter. Almost 20 minute wait for coffee. They were doing their best and were polite and quick but you could tell they were tired. There are times I decide I’d rather not wait and keep on walking.
