Starbucks is now just okay. This is my preference, but I’d rather have an amazing yet simple cup of coffee and have to wait a few extra minutes than be buzzed through with halfway drinks. Starbucks is now the McDonald’s of the coffee industry.

When to this location. I believe it was just a miss understanding on both side. However Natalie (I believe that was her name) was a little condescending, and passive aggressive. She told me that they don’t do the code for the Starbucks app because they are apart of target. So I paid for my drink with a credit cards and I asked when they started not excepting the online Starbucks cards. She said they had never done that. After he realized the miscommunication. She offered to give me a receipt so I could go get a refund. But at that point it was a lot of hassle for a drink. The drink was also way too sweet and wasn’t that great.

Another Starbucks, where you get a brand and I get the strong coffee that I desire, of course loaded with a lot of cream and sugar substitute. This place was clean and very well lit with an arrangement of coffees available for any coffee connoisseur. I like friendly Baristas and this place had them, from the smiles to the service and product this place is recommended for a quick coffee and even sandwich. It was worth the stop. .

Long wait times for a cup of coffee. Rude employees, who walk away when you ask them about your 20 minute cup of coffee. Called the store later to speak to the manager, as I didn’t even get my coffee. The inept manager offered only excuses and no problem solving abilities. Extremely unprofessional when a manager hangs up on you. We will not be returning here.
