I often place mobile orders and pick them up on my way in to work, and they always say hi when I come in, and are always so kind and eager to help if there is something out of stock! The lady got mad at me because I ordered a drink (that was on a giant ten foot poster behind her) she snapped and said “I don’t know that!!!” Uhm…it’s right behind you mam. Comes with a photo even! Sorry your job didn’t train you? Don’t be mad at me about a drink that’s literally on your menu. She then proceeded to tap the tip part on the screen and when I asked if I could tip on a gift card she shouted yes at me. Girl you need to work nights stocking shelves not serving coffee. I was very polite to you and you have the nastiest “me me me me” attitude I’ve ever met. Grow up. And again. So sorry you had to make me a drink that was on your menu.
