Edit as the owner as responded: I got my original large drink with ice. I love ice and asked for an additional cup on the side — I was told I would have to pay for it and I replied that that’s fine as long as it comes in a venti cup. The ice came in a tall cup and I simply asked for ice in a venti which is what I thought I was paying for and was rudely asked to “leave”. Thank you for your kind response but I wanted to get the story straight.

Not very impressed with the latte I had. Not sure if it was an issue with the espresso shot pulled but there was little to no espresso flavor. On top of that, there was not enough hazelnut syrup or sugar added. The barista was gracious enough to add another two shots and pumps of syrup but it did not fix the taste. I would recommend visiting the Lucky Bean Coffee House on Market St.

For anyone who cannot go 24 hours without their Starbucks, you’ll be thrilled to know that you can still get your caffeine fix on the island! The store is very neat and clean- no sitting area. The baristas did a fantastic job.

I had ordered through Starbucks App and reached shop in 9 minutes. The App shows store open till 8pm EST but the doors closed when I reached at 6.09 pm EST. I tried to grab attention of staff members but in vain. No one out of three cared to respond. I reached out to customer for refund since I was denied services and told the situation that I was disappointed without services. Customer support person refund the amount deducted and offered me $5 additional (not sure if it was for disappointment they gave). Point here is Staff does not show courtesy to customers and not service minded! I did not expect this experience from Starbucks shop:(. Money is not everything! If you think so, remember Without Customers No Business and No Money!
