This is a convenient location and so I frequently swing by. Overall staff here are nice and friendly, but this location is frequently off in its mobile order time estimate. If I plan to make a stop at this location, I always add 5 extra minutes to what the app estimates the order will take. Example, today’s estimate was 6-9 minutes, and it took 15. Is it the end of the world? No, but the consistency it is off is frustrating.

They are the worst baristtas I’ve ever dealt with!! Do not go ti this location if u don’t have to. They have a bad attitude and the worst service. I stood there right I’m front of the gal as she ignored me didn’t ask me if I had am order or if she could help me. I even told the gal right when I came in I had a door dash order, seriously!!!! Get a clue!!! Use commone sense. They will hire any one with 2 legs and a non common sense mind

I don’t know much beyond a pot, coffee and grounds, butt I just said what sounded good, a chocolate mocha with Carmel and whip cream ” hot” and I’ve been stuck on that for a while now. And the employee’s are so patient and kind. I highly recommend starbucks.

So I’m currently pregnant and my treat to myself is always getting Starbucks coffee in the morning before work, well I went this morning and got up to pay and realized my debit card is nowhere to be found so I started panicking. I told the guy at the window that I’d have to pass on my drink because I can’t seem to find my debit card and then drive away heartbroken and anxious because I have no clue where my card is….as I turn to leave I notice another Starbucks worker run out of the store and waving me down saying “Don’t forget your drink!!” I explained to him that I couldn’t find my card and he said “Don’t worry about it, it’s on the house today!”….here I am crying because that was the sweetest thing to ever happen especially after being sick all weekend dealing with pregnancy symptoms! The workers at this Starbucks always go above and beyond compared to all of the other Starbucks I’ve been to and I appreciate this kind gesture more than they will ever know ❤️

I absolutely love this store usually it’s a 5 Star experience but the last 4 times I’ve done a mobile order here and 1 time in drive thru, I ordered their Cream based Apple Crisp frappe, I love them, I just have to do the cream base not the coffee one due to health reasons. Unfortunately every time I get to the window they go to hand me a coffee frappe so then I have to tell them it’s supposed to be the cream one. They always fix it which is good it’s just kinda annoying that every time I order any kind of cream based frappe, they never actually look at the order before making it.

Wait in 20 minutes for a half full cappuccino. When I ask for them to remake it so I could have my six dollars worth of a drink they said that a cappuccino is half foam never in my life have a had a cappuccino at any coffee shop be half foam. Rude and no one wanted to help me was passed off twice before someone would help me.
