Didn’t catch the barista’s name but he was 20-30 with longer hair. Really nice and professional. We got the bogo drinks via the app. He asked which milk I preferred in my matcha latte which no one has asked me before, they just make it. It was delicious. And my husband loved his white chocolate foam cold brew thing lol. Great stop after walking around downtown and heading back to our hotel next door.

Best Starbucks for the store design and locale in Polk County. No drive-thru means quiet & peaceful; the employees too, are not stressed by a drive-thru, which sets the ambience of the entire store. I saw another review that broke it out into “Baristas 5, Drinks 4” and I thought I’d second that. The Baristas here seem better than typical. Maybe because in a big, spacious, new Starbucks they could somehow be less hurried and more helpful. In my case, they invited me to experiment with just how much cream I like in my double espresso. Answer: I probably like 2 oz. rather than Starbuck’s company max of 4 oz. (which you get if you as for “maximum” cream)

I never see people bring their own cups, so this was my first time having a drink put in my own reusable cup and it was really cool. Aside from that, the service here is always so friendly, and I’ve got nothing to complain about in regards to quality of the drinks and food items

Tuesday I went in for the 1/2 price cold coffee for every Tuesday in July which I know is only a deal if you mention it, I did and I ordered a grande to which they not only gave me a venti but charged me for the venti and didn’t honor the discount at all. Today on 7/28 I placed a mobile order to receive this drink which clearly has no oat milk in it, usually which they charge for. Just disappointing as I’ve never had a bad experience at this Starbucks and now to have 2 in 1 week isn’t ideal as a customer who comes to this location at least twice a week.

I originally decided to stop by this store because they recently opened and drinks were cheap. I typically avoid Starbucks because it is a franchise making enough money and I like to support local. I walked in and was greeted with three enthusiastic “Good morning!” from the employees. They made an incredible Macchiato and like I said, it was cheap due to a recent opening deal they were having.
