I didn’t have any of their products, but while waiting for a family member to get out of surgery there was a VERY loud employee working. It wasn’t bad when she was greeting her customers, but having to hear all about the people she works with that need days off, or how annoying someone was that was texting her, and her swearing was a bit much. People that are waiting are stressed enough, but hearing her loud voice was even more nerve-wracking! Very unprofessional!

Ignore any negetive comments about this place , THEY ALL KNOW HOW TO MAKE DARN GOOD COFFEE! believe me I’ve been to A TON of starbucks , yes the line gets long because nurses and docs need thier coffee but the staff IS AMAZING AND FRIENDLY and they have the best cold foam , believe me when I say these drinks can be messed up because every where else I go they don’t seem to understand how to do it.. anyway GOOD JOB MERCY STARBUCKS TEAM
