Service has been lacking from what it used to be. Last few times my order was wrong or they acted like I was asking too much to get a drink no longer on the menu but they still have the ingredients. I dont say much at the time, thinking maybe they just were having a bad day or short handed, but that seems to be the norm more often than not.

Usually there drinks are good but lately they have not been! I order the violent drink and it was white and it didn’t even taste good so I threw the whole thing away and didn’t even drink it. Also they need to have better customer service! Other than that drinks are good most times but I don’t know what happened lately.

I’m a frequent customer and have stayed away ever since Jackie I think her name was in management. My drinks have always been tasty but the customer service is usually horrible. The baristas always look like they hate their job and it makes for an awkward encounter. I stopped in today and met their new manager I believe her name was Harmony and she made my experience there very welcoming and for that I want to come back. The other baristas were all joking around and the environment felt lighter than it had been in a while. I ordered the pumpkin cold brew, I highly recommend.

I only come here for coffee if I am short on time, or have run out of coffee beans to make my own at home. Every single time I do, my simple order is made wrong. It’s also always a different price. Sometimes my tall almond milk latte with an extra shot is over $6.00! Sometimes it’s less than $5.00. Sometimes they make it with oat milk or dairy instead of almond milk. Sometimes they even put it in a much larger cup and fill it to the top – still charging me for the “extra” shot. I know quality help is hard to come by, but this is terrible service! Save your money.

The last few months this place has been closed many times during business hours. I make the trek 17 miles before work just to get a coffee and when I get there, they are either closed due to staffing or their espresso machine is down. So very frustrating. More often than not, the espresso machine is down. Figured I’d call there tonight before I drive there before work, to see if they are open and the espresso machine is working. I called and was told they are closed… again.

This was absolutely ridiculous. There were three people working, and one person making drinks. In the 20 minutes I waited for my drink, there was at least 7-8 others waiting as well. I love Starbucks but will start going to Scooters because that was ridiculous.

I’m a local so I come here pretty often. The current workers don’t know how to make drinks or listen to the order correctly. The last couple of times I’ve been in they made me two drinks I have ordered numerous times completely wrong. My mocha frappuccino had chocolate chips in it and they told me that’s how it’s made? I order it every time I go there, I’m pretty sure I know how my regular order drink should taste. After I took my drink back they told me that’s how my drink is made and that I was wrong and wouldn’t remake it. Just got two strawberry acai refreshers asked for them the regular way with water, not lemonade, watched the girl make it with lemonade and didn’t put any fruit in it. I’m not sure what they’re making there, but the drinks I’ve paid for I have had to just throw away because they’re gross.
